The applicable entity for processing refunds depends on your location and payment method:
- US Customers: Refunds are processed by Madify LLC
- Indian Customers: Refunds are processed by CreatorlyHQ Private Limited
- Other International Customers: Refunds may be processed by either entity as determined by operational requirements

We strive to provide exceptional service to all our customers. We understand that sometimes our service may not meet your expectations, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fair treatment for all users.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing our service for more than 48 hours
- Service does not function as described in our marketing materials
- Duplicate charges or billing errors

Important: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all features until that date.
5. Non-Refundable Items

6. Prorated Refunds

Credit/Debit Cards
Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for payment within 7-10 business days.
UPI/Digital Wallets
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Net Banking
Bank transfer refunds may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

9. Currency and Taxes

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
US Customers
For customers served by Madify LLC, this Refunds & Cancellations policy is governed by Delaware law, USA. Any disputes arising from refund or cancellation matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA.
Indian Customers
For customers served by CreatorlyHQ Private Limited, this policy is governed by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable consumer protection regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
