Madify LLC, incorporated in Delaware, USA ("Madify"), and CreatorlyHQ Private Limited, incorporated in India ("CreatorlyHQ"), collectively referred to as "we", "our", or "the Company", provide creator analytics and insights services. The applicable entity depends on your location and the specific services you use:

• US Customers: Services are provided by Madify LLC
• Indian Customers: Services are provided by CreatorlyHQ Private Limited
• Other International Customers: Services may be provided by either entity as determined by operational requirements

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
